Meet Danielle Iredale
Danielle Iredale began her career in New York City as a public defender. As a felony staff attorney, she handled over 1,400 felony and misdemeanor cases from arraignment through final disposition. She represented hundreds of clients charged with serious, violent, theft, sex, driving, and fraud crimes. She tried numerous cases to verdict, obtaining many acquittals for her clients.
After several years in New York, she relocated to California to expand her criminal defense practice. She represents individuals accused of crimes in state and federal court. Danielle fights hard for her clients, and protects their interests above all else. She is appointed to the Office of Assigned Counsel and admitted to practice in California, New York, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. In 2019, Danielle was voted by peers in the Criminal Defense Bar Association as Trial Attorney of the Year.

She has obtained acquittals for clients accused of violent, sex, and fraud crimes. Meet Caitlin Ashton
Caitlin Ashton is a private investigator licensed by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services. She has provided investigative services throughout the state of California since 2015 and is regularly retained by federal and state courts as a defense investigator. Caitlin previously worked as an investigator for the San Diego County Office of the Primary Public Defender, the State Bar of California, the California Innocence Project, and various law firms throughout Southern California.
Caitlin has worked with The Iredale Firm for years. Caitlin immediately became an invaluable asset to our team. Caitlin's ability to gather evidence, interview witnesses, and analyze complex situations makes her an indispensable ally in legal battles.
